🧑‍💻 About Me

Hey, I'm Humza A. Javaid — Maryland native (Leonardtown/Mechanicsville area), cloud architect, and Founding Architect at ElasticBin. I design scalable infrastructure and mission-critical systems, mostly on AWS.

Systems Engineering BTA from UMBC. Before ElasticBin, I spent years at SMX (formerly Smartronix) building cloud solutions and editing Visio Diagrams. Engineering is in the family — my dad, Arshed Javaid, co-founded Parraid after decades in telemetry and reliable systems. My mom, Uzi Iftikhar, is an expert curry chef and chai master, keeping our South Asian kitchen traditions alive with flavors that fuel my roti debates.

Certified: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional (2026) and AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty (2026). Heavy Terraform user for declarative IaC — provisioning, modules, state management, brownfield imports, and keeping environments reproducible and drift-free.

Off the clock: back home, posting casual/spicy takes as @humzinator (Roti Mason: a bit more than curry), debating South Asian food, or just keeping it real. No hype, steady progress.

Cloud infra, Terraform workflows, Git automation, service orchestration, ML on AWS, roti recipes, mom’s legendary curries and chai, or good vibes? Say hi on X or LinkedIn. 🚀
